It’s been a busy few months for Lynton’s Conservation division with Compact Phoenix systems being installed in three continents: North America, Europe and Asia. Both new and refurbished systems have arrived at museums and universities around the world, including Princeton University Art Museum, The Frick Collection and Maine State Museum in the United States; Antwerp University in Belgium and the Heilongjiang Provincial Museum in China. In addition, in the UK, training workshops have been held at the British Museum, Manchester Museum and Lincoln Cathedral, and conservators have rented our laser systems to clean a wide range of historic objects, from large industrial engines to medieval alabaster monuments.
